The central focus of our fellowship is our shared, common mission to help people become followers of Jesus Christ. Christ followers are people who are growing in 3 vital relationships in their lives. Christ followers are growing in their:
Love for God, Love for People & Connection with God's Mission in the World.
Jesus replied, "You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: Love your neighbor as yourself. The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments."
Jesus made it very clear.
When our lives reflect the Great Commandments (Matthew 22:36-40) and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20), we are fulfilling the heart of what it means to follow Him.
The Great Commission Mandate:
Then Jesus came and told his disciples, "I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
